    Step 2: Technical Consultation & Product Recommendation

    After receiving your inquiry, our technical team will evaluate your application and provide professional guidance. We’ll recommend the most suitable product configuration or propose a custom design tailored to your needs.

    You will also receive technical data sheets, dimension drawings, performance curves, and photos to help you understand the product better.

    Step 3: Receive an Official Quotation

    Once the specifications are confirmed, we will send you a formal quotation (Proforma Invoice) that includes:

    • Shipping cost & method

    Step 4: Confirm the Order & Make Payment

    Before shipping, each product goes through strict quality inspection, including:

    • Appearance & dimensional checks
    • Packaging safety test

    You can request factory testing videos or third-party inspection reports if required.

    After quality control, products are carefully packaged for sea or air transport. We use custom wooden crates, shock-absorbing foam, and moisture protection to ensure safety during international shipping.
